Prince Marshall the Photographer/Videographer

I have always been an enthusiast of photographic images and videography. 

 

I think my greatest exposure to the variety, possibilities and appreciation of still images came when I was a young adult in my first “real” job at Fotofolio, Inc. a distributor of art posters and postcards based in New York City.  In this position I was exposed to thousands of images, of all varieties—from prints of classic paintings to still life to staged images.

 

I see the influence of that experience in my own mental viewfinder as I travel through the scenery of life, and it is reflected in my own photographs which are mostly shots of natural beauty or of form and function.  I personally really prefer to shoot people in candid moments when shooting for myself…

I believe that every one of us is the sum of our experiences, education, knowledge, dreams and the way we incorporate them into our actions and reactions.  In a society that has been defined by its recognition and acceptance of  diversity, no one of us present the same in every situation and every setting, yet it is all these facets that make each of us the unique individuals that we are.

 

I have created this site as a showcase, gallery and portal to my professional, artistic and philosophical achievements and endeavors, as well as a place where my many facets can manifest themselves in unison.
